Morning Glory Muffins
Fluffy, healthy, wholegrain, naturally sweetened with Raw Vermont Honey & totally delicious muffins!
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of organic rolled oats
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup of dried coconut
1/2 cup of your favorite Infused honey
Some suggestions are Ariel’s Chai Infused Honey (separate out spices from honey), Raw Honey, Organic Elderberry or Golden Samurai
2 organic eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 Can of Pumpkin Pie Filling
1/2 Cup of raisons or 1 Cup of Blueberries
Steps:
Pre heat oven to 350
Grease a 6 large or 12 small muffin tin very well.
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another
Fold in dry gently and divide the batter among the muffin cups
Bake 30-45 minutes
